1 Granary is an education driven media ecosystem at the forefront of global fashion. Its mission is to empower the next generation of creative talent and drive positive change in the fashion industry and with a global network of 50+ design schools, 1 Granary uses its content, events, recruitment, and brand development programs to bridge the gap between emerging and established talent while providing practical resources for the next generation of creative minds. Through it’s work 1 Granary is reshaping the industry and designers’ role within it.

Olya Kuryshchuk is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of 1 Granary and one of the industry’s leading experts in scouting talent, developing designers and building brands. She is also an associate lecturer at Central Saint Martins and a regular jury member at international design competitions. 1 Granary’s Editorial Director, Jorinde Croese leads editorial across print, digital and platform content. She is also an editor at System magazine and was previously Senior Features Editor at i-D. Her work focuses on emerging fashion talent, education, and the wider systems shaping the industry, with a particular interest in the realities of building a creative practice today.
